Don’t fool yourself: social consciousness has become commoditized, as evidenced by culturally aware works by Cory Doctorow like The Makers and, to a small extent, Little Brother. I talked about that a little in my post on STUFF. More so, proof that it has been directly commoditized is directly exemplified by CauseWorld. I don’t know why I’m writing about the iPad. I really don’t. I don’t really wanna write or think about the iPad anymore after all the coverage in the last few days, but this post just sort of started itself, and now I’m writing it, and so here it is.
