Plus, I agree with Mark Twain’s sentiment about shorter things (sure, he was talking about a letter, but whatever) being more difficult to write than longer works.

However, now and again I get bit by the short story bug, and one comes out before I get a chance to do anything about it. Thus, “Waiting.”

Since I like experimenting with different mediums, I also recorded an audio version.
